Kids
Our children’s ministries are designed to help bring each child to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and provide them with training that will help them grow spiritually. We believe it is important to give children a solid foundation in the Lord. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:6 to “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” So, as a church, we want to do our part to help train them in the way they should go.
Junior Church
- Sunday mornings the children join the adults for the first part of the service and then meet downstairs for Junior Church during the sermon. The Junior Church/Sunday School program isn’t just a time for kids to go downstairs and play. Although they have fun while learning at their age level; the goal is for each child to accept Jesus as their personal Savior and to obtain training that will help them grow in their walk with the Lord. In fact, children who attend Junior Church regularly from ages 5 to 6th grade will have gone through the entire Bible upon completion. The program is designed, so that as they go through the Old & New Testaments, learn the stories, doctrine and principles of Christian living, they are equipped to be able do the following:
- Recount stories from the Old and New Testament
- Identify on a Bible timeline when an event occurred
- Understand basic Christian doctrines and terms
- Explain the plan of salvation
- Find verses throughout the Old and New Testament
- Use Bible study tools
- Memorize Bible verses
- Establish a daily routine of Bible study and prayer
- Determine to follow Christ’s example in thought, word, and deed
- Participate in Christian service activities on a consistent basis
- Witness to others boldly
- Attend Church services and activities on a regular basis
Olympians
For age 5 to 6th grade
Wednesday Evening 6:30 – 7:45 pm (Sept-May)
The Olympians ministry helps kids form essential spiritual habits. Using the Olympic theme, children are encouraged to “go for the gold” in their pursuit of godliness as they run the race of the Christian Life.
Philippians 3:14 "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."

Nursery
Nursery is available during all services for ages infant through 4 years old.
